German Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Due to targeting new overseas markets we now have great opportunities in our customer service / sales department. We are soon to be launching our German website and you will be involved in dealing with German as well as English speaking customers directly over the ‘phone or by email, keying in order information onto our bespoke computer system, order enquiries and various administrative tasks such as translating text. We are looking for staff who can quickly connect with our customers, providing a service and experience which is second to none. To be successful in this role you will require fluency (speaking and written) in both German and English, accurate keyboard skills and be a good communicator and people person. Office / admin experience (ideally sales, service or support) would be useful and common sense and enthusiasm are essential. Hours are full time or part time. We offer a very competitive hourly pay rate.

Retail Sales Assistant (Part time around 18.75-22.5 hours a week)

Based at our head office located in Ripley, Derbyshire

We have a great opportunity in our head office store at Ripley If you can share our customers’ passion for our exquisite dolls’ houses and accessories, offer exceptional service and ensure their shopping experience leaves them feeling they can’t wait to return, this permanent role could be for you. Although experience in retail would be useful, it isn’t essential. The store is open 7 days a week and hours are on a rota basis. We offer a competitive rate of pay.

Paid Video Editing Intern

We have recently invested in up to the minute video technology which we now wish to fully utilise to build on our already extensive marketing capabilities. This fantastic opportunity has arisen for a video editor to produce outstanding videos which showcase the detail and quality of our enchanting products to best advantage. Creative and imaginative, you will require a highly critical eye for visual story-telling as well as a passion for producing consistently high quality content from self-shoots and self-edits. You will require competency in using a Canon 500 DSLR with video function, final cut pro and audio recording and production equipment or similar technology. A degree in media, tv, film production or similar will be required to be successful in this role. This is a real opportunity to kick start your career by gaining valuable experience within a commercial environment. This is a paid internship initially for a period of around 4 months, but may lead to a permanent role for the right person.
